Know your policy rights:

We guaranty satisfaction. If dissatisfied, we’ll make needed corrections during the same visit, no refunds after service.
For gel polish or powder issues within 5 days, we offer one free redo, as technical problems should surface within this period.

Our 5-day Warranty covers NORMAL wear and tear damage. We provide free repairs during this period if your natural nails are intact. Additional charges apply for specific issues. Repairs outside this timeframe or due to customer fault are subject to charges. (Additional charge will occur to fix BROKEN gel mani service)

PLEASE REMEMBER NAILS ARE JEWELS, NOT TOOLS.

Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

WHAT TO DO?

If you experience loss, chips, or lifting within 5 days, call us for a free repair within this timeframe.

Appointment must be made once you get approval. WALK INS WILL BE CHARGED.

EXCEPTIONS:

GEL POLISH/POWDER IN LIGHT/PASTEL COLORS may fade or change when exposed to bleach, cleaning products, beach, or chemicals (fruits, pool, tanning, cosmetics, etc.). This is beyond our control.
ARTIFICIAL NAILS (Dip/Acrylic/solar) may rarely become MELTED or DISCOLORED when exposed to certain chemicals (from fruits or other substances).
REGULAR POLISH: (including VINYLUX & INFINITE SHINE)
- We do not guarantee for regular manicure or polish change due to it light bonding effect.
- Drying time may vary.
- It typically lasts around 4 days depending on usage and care.
TEENAGERS 18 y.o and KIDS: NO GUARANTEE on polish or breakage.
- We provide services to kids with parents’ consent and unable to guarantee due to their high activities at those ages.
