BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:

Due to the uncertainty of nails environment, we highly recommend you make appointments to avoid waiting too long in some cases. After business hours please contact us on social media pages.

ARRIVAL & GRACE PERIOD:

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled service. Please understand that if you’re 10 or more minutes late, your appointment may be converted to a walk-in slot to accommodate other guests. We value your time and strive to maintain our schedule out of respect for all our clients.

CANCELLATION-LAST MINUTES & NO SHOWS:

Your appointments are reserved especially for you. Please be mindful that missed or canceled appointments without sufficient notice prevent us from serving other clients on our waiting list.
We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Cancellation at the time of OR after is considered No-show. Clients with 2 REPEATED NO SHOWS or LAST MINUTES CANCELLATIONS will be refused to request specific technician in advance. You are welcome to walk in.

GROUP RESERVATION:

There is a $15/each person reservation fee for group appointments of 5 and above. It is non-refundable and will be applied to your balance.
No show will forfeit the deposit for that individual. Grace period is 15 minutes.
20% instant discount for the HOST of group of 8+.

GROUP CANCELLATION:

Group cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance is acceptable. Deposit is nonrefundable.
Rescheduling on the day of will cost 50% of your deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of the first scheduled service, or NO SHOW will forfeit the deposit.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY:

NO Refund   will be given on any products or services.

  • GIFT CARDS:
    • Redeemable for all spa services and retail items.
    • Not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, non-replaceable if lost.
    • Original physical card/certificate required.
  • PRODUCTS:

    All sales are final, non-returnable. For beauty products like eyelash serums, refunds considered with proof of severe skin reaction within 7 days of purchase.

  • SERVICES:

    Refunds not available for services rendered. Please voice concerns before payment; we'll adjust or remove coatings if needed.

No refunds or redo once you leave the salon.

PRICINGS:

  All prices quoted are subject to change Without Notice.

Out of respect, our technicians may not itemize every addition for service.

Brochure prices are general/basic and may not reflect the services you are requesting. Please request a quote or confirm with the technician. We greatly appreciate your business. If you have any concerns, complaints, or comments, please do not hesitate to consult our Front desk staff so we may serve you better in the future. We do not keep record of your services details therefore are unable to solve problems regarding to your past visits. We value you as a customer and want to ensure you deserve Our Best work and attention. Mini services differ from Add-ons.

POLISH, POWDER vs SAMPLES:

Customers are responsible for their choice of colors.
Slight variations from samples may occur. Please confirm color preference during the initial nail trial. A $10 charge for regular polish or $20+ for shellac, $45+ for artificial nails applies if you change your selection post-application.

PROPERTY DAMAGE:

We are not responsible for any personal properties that are damaged, lost or stolen, or left behind.

CELLPHONE AND NOISE:

Kindly maintain a peaceful atmosphere by refraining from loud or disruptive behavior in the Spa and front desk area.

PAYMENT & GRATUITY:

Payment options: Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, (credit cards min $10, $2 fee for under $10).
Tips go to your manicurist, no pooling.
Payment required before leaving.
Leaving without payment leads to legal action for theft of service.

ID is required for first Credit card payment.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

  • Recommend no shaving 24 hours before spa or waxing.
  • Reschedule for open cuts, sores, or contagious diseases.
  • PREGNANT GUESTS: Kindly inform us of the pregnancy stage for tailored service.
  • Notify providers of surgeries, allergies, or health issues before service. During service, kindly communicate any pain or discomfort.
  • Skin Conditions – If you have any skin conditions such as sunburn, rashes, or fungus please notify the manicurist to customize your service for best results.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PATRONS:

  • Contagious nail condition.
  • Open/infected wounds in the treatment area.
  • Skin conditions that could worsen with service.
  • Diabetes Clients will receive no cutting.
  • Rude, mean, or disrespectful behaviors.
  • FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY: Spa chairs have a maximum capacity of 250lbs. If you don't make the cut, please do not sit in the spa chairs for your own safety. We appreciate your understanding.

PETS:

Per Texas State Board of Cosmetology guidelines, pets are not allowed into any part of the salon at any time, except certified support animals.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY:

For safety and guest relaxation, children are welcome only when receiving a service, and we advise against bringing children under 5 due to safety and insurance reasons. We do not have childcare facilities and prioritize a safe, tranquil salon experience.
